Outlaw King is about Robert the Bruce uniting Scotland as king as winning independence from England in the 1300s. The movie is historically accurate, in many ways, so it's a good watch if you are a history buff. The movie is a bit lacking if you are expecting a lot of action, which is again historically accurate for the time frame when the movie picks up. Most of the major battles were fought during William Wallace's time, who dies shortly after this story begins. I like this movie, it's one of those, like Braveheart, I can easily to watch from time to time. I rate it a 7 out of 10 overall.
