Davaux Performance Improvements

Some of the updates I've leaned into before the 0.9.0 release are with performance in mind. I've added module caching for routes, layouts, and middleware, which was the largest individual gain. Some reshaping of the Request Context object made per-request context construction about 4 times faster. I also improved on the HTML escaping, which was a smaller gain, but still noticeable in larger benchmarks. All in all, I tested from small apps up through 1000s of complex routes and I never hit a limit or slow down after the changes, with about a 45% HTTP throughput gain under load. I also compared some other web frameworks in the benchmarks and Davaux is definitely not the slowest. I lean toward performance on most choices, so I'm sure I'll keep looking for ways to make it faster.
