Doh! It's been an up and down kinda night lol. First I had missed the avatar upload field in my account schema validation. Then, I forgot to update my access key for my object storage bucket. Meh. All of this for a tiny thumbnail LOL. Oh well, it's working now. I'm sure there will be more bugs. Luckily the initial setup stuff worked, so I haven't had to manually update the database yet.

I've been scanning my access logs to see which routes I should move over from the old site. It's quite obvious some bots knew I was running wordpress...and they were looking for vulnerabilities. It looks like I need to redirect some bots, just to see which content I should keep. Now to think of an interesting destination for the bots...

I think, overall, I'm happy with the initial deployment. It definitely needs some work and I see some configuration changes I had done locally, but they weren't fixed in the database migrations. The good thing about just using it for my personal site, for now, is it's mostly disposable if need be. Shouldn't be needed, but I can always wipe it and start over.

I've finally relaunched with my new CMS...kinda. I haven't moved any content yet. I may just start over fresh or just move the content that people come looking for.

Also, keep in mind this is hardly beta software, so there will be issues. I'll try to keep rolling out regular updates and now I feel like I can blog again...so more blogs to come.
